In addition to the nature experience of cruising along Abatan River and the local attractions of the component towns, another interesting adventure in the evening is the Abatan River Amazing Firefly Tour.

A total of eight firefly species are found in Abatan River, and one of them is the Pteroptyx macdermotti, a very rare firefly specie that congregates along the Abatan River. This specie is endemic to the Philippines and has not been studied since it was first described by Ballantyne and McLean in 1970.

a. Exclusive Bandong Boat Ride

6-10 persons	Php 600/pax
11-15 persons	Php 500/pax
16 and up	Php 450/pax

b. For non-exclusive, the rate is P450 per person. Children below 5 years old are free of charge.
c. Kayak Boat

Single kayak	Php 800 per kayak boat
Double Kayak	Php 1100 per kayak boat

The tour takes around 1-hour round trip depending on the guests’ interests DAILY. Guests may opt to take the bandong boat or kayak boat for the firefly tour.

For exclusive tours, there are three (3) trip schedules for bandong boat: 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 in the evening.

For the non-exclusive or joined tour, the trip schedule is every 7:00PM ONLY.
